15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed well and drained

sesame oil

Method
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with the oil and spices.
Place in a nonstick baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking oil.
Bake about 30 minutes or until the chickpeas are golden and crunchy.
