red bell pepper
cut into strips

yellow bell pepper
cut into strips

halved cherry tomatoes

of red onion
separated into rings

apple cider vinegar

flaxseed oil
Juice of 2 limes
Juice of 1 lemon

grilled chicken breast
chilled and diced
Method
Combine all the ingredients, except the chicken, in a large bowl and toss until evenly mixed.
Arrange the chicken on top of the salad.
