Minty Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp fresh mint, chopped
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth
Notes
Mix it up and try substituting olive oil for sesame oil, or toasted pumpkin seeds instead of sesame seeds.
