Basil Pesto
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- ⅛ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅛ cup flaxseed oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅛ cup pine nuts
- ⅛ cup olive oil
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
