Super Phase 3 Smoothie
- 8 ounces water
- 1 scoop Fat Flush Whey Protein
- ¼ cup cranberries
- ¾ cup mixed strawberries and raspberries
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 1 teaspoon powdered psyllium husks (or 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Combine all ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
