Chunky Artichoke Dip
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (7-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- ¼ cup seeded and diced red bell pepper
- ½ cup Marvelous Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Cayenne, to taste
- In a medium-size bowl, stir together all ingredients; chill.
- Store the dip in a covered container in the refrigerator.
