Baked Parsnip Fries
- 1 large egg white
- 2 teaspoons Fat Flush All-Purpose Seasoning
- 8 parsnips, peeled and cut into “fries”
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg white with the seasoning until foamy.
- Toss the parsnips in the egg white mixture until coated; spread fries evenly on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, turn the fries over and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more, or until browned.
