Artichoke & Hearts of Palm Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, rinsed and drain
  • 1 (14-ounce) can hearts of palm, rinsed and drained
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ cup flaxseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup minced fresh parsley
  • Cayenne (to taste)
Instructions
  1. In a medium size bowl, toss all ingredients together.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.
