Peach Melba Smoothie
- 8 ounces water
- 1 scoop Fat Flush Vanilla Whey Protein or Body Protein
- ¼ peach
- ¼ cup raspberries
- Flesh of ½ orange
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Ice cubes, optional
- Combine water, protein, fruit and ice in a blender until smooth.
- Add the flaxseed oil and chia seeds.
- Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
