Blueberry Heaven Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush vanilla Whey Protein or Body Protein
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Ice cubes, optional
Instructions
  1. Combine yogurt, protein, fruit, and ice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the coconut oil and chia seeds.
  3. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
