Choco-Banana Smoothie
- 8 ounces plain yogurt
- 1 scoop chocolate Fat Flush Whey Protein
- ½ banana
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Combine fruit, yogurt, powder, and ice in a blender until smooth.
- Add coconut oil, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
