Frankly Flank
- 1-1½ pounds lean flank steak
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- Preheat the broiler.
- Place the flank steak in a nonstick broiler pan.
- Sprinkle the onion and garlic powders on top of the steak.
- Broil for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
