Fat Flush Chickpea Peanuts
- Olive oil spray
- 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed well and drained
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with the oil and spices.
- Place in a nonstick baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking oil.
- Bake about 30 minutes or until the chickpeas are golden and crunchy.
