Cinnaberry Smoothie
- 1 scoop Fat Flush Body Protein or vanilla Whey Protein
- 8 ounces of water or cran-water
- 1 cup of mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Combine water, powder, and fruit in a blender until smooth.
- Add flaxseed oil, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
- Blend again until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
