Minty Chocolate Smoothie
- 1 scoop Fat Flush chocolate Whey Protein
- 8 ounces of water
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Ice cubes
- Combine fruit, powder, water, ice and mint in a blender until smooth.
- Add flaxseed oil and chia seeds.
- Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
