Cauliflower Crust
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon seasoning mix of your choice
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Chop the cauliflower into pieces and steam until soft; strain.
- Whisk the egg and add it to the cauliflower.
- Add any spices you’d like, and mash until mostly smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto a cooking sheet, sprinkle any seasonings you’d like and bake for about 30 mins. (It should brown.)
