Sweet n' Spicy Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Stevia
- Place the seeds in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook for about 4 minutes or until toasted, stirring constantly.
- Combine oil and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; add seeds and toss to coat.
- Arrange seeds in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes.
