Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

Serves: 1 serving
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup cooked butternut squash
  • ½ lime, juice + zest
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Vanilla Whey
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  1. Blend strawberries, squash and lime first. Add whey protein to blender and blend well. Pour into a glass and top with ground flax seeds.

      This is meant to be a thick, creamy treat — so we would recommend blending without water and then adding water as needed. Every blender is different so the consistency may vary.
