Fat Flush Nutty Mix

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup pecans
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add all ingredient to the skillet, stirring constantly to coat the nuts with the spices.
- Cook until the nuts are lightly golden brown and toasted,a bout 6 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let cool; store in an air-tight container.
Variations: For a special occasion, add 1/4 cup of raisins or a mixture of 1/4 cup chopped, dried apricots, dates, or figs.
