Cauliflower Crust

Cauliflower Crust

Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning mix of your choice
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Chop the cauliflower into pieces and steam until soft; strain.
  3. Whisk the egg and add it to the cauliflower.
  4. Add any spices you’d like, and mash until mostly smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture onto a cooking sheet, sprinkle any seasonings you’d like and bake for about 30 mins. (It should brown.)
